Great Idea's for spending your tax return that will save you money all year long
Have you Already Found a way to spend your tax return? If so you may want to take into consideration some idea's that I will be listing in my blog that will save you money through out the year. I will start the list with ways that you can save on your electric bill. The first and probably the easiest way are your light Bulbs you can reduce your lighting cost from 25% to 75% all you have to do is go through out your home including all outside lighting and replace your light bulbs with Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs 9 to 25watt compared to 40 to 100 watts for your outside lighting you may want to look at solar lighting options, for outside lighting you can also get Fluorescent flood lamps 23 watts compared to 90 watts .
LED Lighting also offer great saving but at this time it is harder to find and In my opinion they are still to costly but if you are going to use them for accent lighting you should be able to find them. Another way to save on lighting is to use motion sensors you can put motion sensor on you outside lighting so that it only comes on when it senses motion and is needed but make sure that it also have dusk to dawn sensor build in so that they do not come on in the daytime. They also sell motion sensing light switches that can be installed in place of your light switches so that when you leave the room the light is turned on and off automatically. Check back daily for more tip on how to save money all year long.
